Properties Committee
Purpose (Scope of Ministry): To maintain and enhance the church facilities and properties, enhancing and extending the church's ability to gather, worship, make disciples, and reach out to the community and world.
The Properties Committee ministers by creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and functional environment where people can worship, grow in Christ, and encounter God together. Every sermon heard, every prayer lifted, and every life changed within our church walls is made possible in part by the faithful service of those who care for the physical space in which ministry happens.
This team ensures that our buildings and grounds are clean, up-to-date, and ready for use—supporting every other ministry in the church. From routine maintenance to major repairs, from energy efficiency improvements to thoughtful facility upgrades, this committee plays a behind-the-scenes role that enables visible ministry to thrive.
