Personnel Committee
Purpose (Scope of Ministry): To assist the church in matters relating to personnel administration and management. These matters will include such areas as employment, salaries, benefits, problems, and personnel services.
The Personnel Committee serves a vital role in the life of the church by ministering to the needs of our staff—those who serve our congregation daily.
By assisting with employment decisions, salary and benefit planning, job descriptions, and policies, the committee creates a structure that supports a healthy, unified ministry team. This ministry helps cultivate an environment where staff members feel valued, equipped, and encouraged—allowing them to focus more fully on helping our congregation to be rooted in truth and reaching in love.
