Purpose (Scope of Ministry): To assist in the preparing the elements for observing the ordinance of the Lord's Supper.
The Lord’s Supper Ministry Team offers a quiet but sacred opportunity to minister through worship by preparing and caring for the elements used in Communion. As Jesus instituted the Lord’s Supper to help His followers remember His sacrifice and proclaim the Gospel until He returns, this ministry plays a vital role in helping our church encounter God in reverent reflection each month.
Team members serve behind the scenes by preparing the Communion table with bread and the cup, ensuring that the Lord’s Supper is ready for worship on the first Sunday of each month. After the service, the team lovingly cleans and stores the Communion ware, treating this task as an act of devotion and care for the body of Christ.
