Exciting changes are coming to Staples Mill Road Baptist Church! We are transitioning to Planning Center as our new church management system. To help our church family stay connected, informed, and engaged, we are launching Church Center—your new central hub to connect with Planning Center and everything happening at SMRBC.

How to Access Church Center

You can access Church Center in two easy ways:

  • Online: Visit staplesmill.churchcenter.com from any browser.
  • Mobile App: Download the Church Center app on your iPhone or Android device. (Once downloaded, simply search for Staples Mill Road Baptist Church).

What You Can Do in Church Center

Once you log in, you will be able to manage your church life right from your computer or phone:

  • Update Your Profile: Keep your contact details and household information accurate and up to date.
  • Stay Informed: Get important church-wide and ministry-specific announcements.
  • Connect with Groups: Easily communicate with your Life Groups and ministry teams.
  • Register for Events: See upcoming church events, sign up your family, and manage registrations in one place.
  • Mobile Notifications: Enable app notifications to receive instant, critical updates from the church and ministries.

New & Improved Children’s Check-In [Beginning Sunday, June 28th]

Beginning Sunday, June 28th, we will begin using Planning Center as our Children’s Check-In.

  • At a Self-Station: Regular attendees can check in quickly by entering your phone number which will instantly bring up your family.
  • Mobile Check-In with the App: If you use the Church Center mobile app, you can pre-check your family and simply scan your phone screen at the station for an instant check-in!
