Help with IMB Sending Celebration

Volunteers Needed for IMB Sending Celebration

September 29th, 7 PM

As we host the IMB's Sending Celebration on September 29th, there are several ways that you can help. Please consider signing up to assist in one of the following ways:

• Greeters – We will need 4-6 people at our main entrances to welcome and direct visitors from about 6:15 PM to 7 PM, then again as the event concludes.
• Door Monitors - We will need 4-6 people at the main worship center doors during the missionary testimony time to keep the doors from being opened. Any additional light in the room affects the stage lighting and the Livestream security measures we must take to protect our folks going to closed locations.
• Give-away table helpers  - We need a total of 4 people, 2 at each give-away table immediately following the service during the reception. They will encourage guests to take a gift before leaving, and will need to plan to leave the service as soon as it's is over to get to their stations.
