Year-End Giving Guidelines and Office Hours

Deadline for 2022 Giving

Physical contributions must be received by the end of the day Thursday, December 30th, 2022 to be posted to your 2022 giving statement. They can be dropped into the offering boxes on the Sunday before, mailed (as long as they reach our mailbox by that date), or if the church office is closed you can drop them into our mailbox directly. The church mailbox is in front of the church office entrance on the Staples Mill Road side of the church - simply open the pull-door and push the envelope all the way to the back until it drops into the bottom of the box.

Online giving with a transaction date on or before December 31, 2022, will be posted to your 2022 giving statement.

Contributions received after these times will be posted to your 2023 giving statement.

Year-End Church Office Closure

The SMRBC Office will be closed for the following dates:

  • Thanksgiving:  Thursday, November 24th and Friday, Nov 25th 
  • Christmas: Monday, December 26th through Friday, December 30th
  • New Years: Monday, January 2nd

Messages can be left and will be periodically checked on the church's main phone mailbox. You can also reach the staff by email at email@smrbc.org, which will be monitored daily.
